Jim Cramsey has dedicated over 30 years to a full-time career in the motorsports industry. His journey began in Allentown, Pennsylvania, where, as a teenager, he started assisting local drivers. Driven by a passion to turn that early involvement into a profession, Jim and his wife, Kim, relocated to North Carolina in the early 1990s.
Since then, Jim has built an impressive resume, working with some of the nation’s top asphalt late model chassis builders. He also spent more than 15 years serving as a parts manager for two of NASCAR’s most respected organizations—Dale Earnhardt, Inc. and Hendrick Motorsports.
With experience spanning from grassroots short tracks to the high banks of Daytona, Jim brings a deep, comprehensive understanding of the sport at every level.
